Physical Wellbeing

We have created a range of introductory online and in person activities to promote physical wellbeing. They are designed for people who may want to restart efforts or improve their physical wellbeing. They are intended to be family friendly and for mixed abilities.

Many activities WHY offer's have a social component to them as a way of building communities. All are designed to allow people to engage as much or as little as they want to meet like minded people. They are intended to be family friendly.
